Our former farmhouse has been renovated and partially expanded. Original building elements have been intentionally preserved to maintain the house's original character.
Other areas have been modernized and newly designed, creating a successful blend of old and new – a home where aged wood, tranquility, and genuine hospitality reside. Nestled in the heart of the Berwanger Valley, just a stone's throw away from the Sonnalmbahn.

Old wooden doors, a chest that has seen generations, living room walls made of real wood: These pieces tell the story of our farmhouse. They were allowed to stay.
In addition, new elements have emerged – bright bathrooms, cozy living spaces, and a breakfast room where the day can begin peacefully. And because the house changes with the seasons: Slide the control – from geranium-summer to deep winter.

Berwang is situated at an altitude of 1,336 meters in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena – nestled between the Zugspitze and Lechtal, surrounded by meadows, woods, and peaks. A ski area in winter, a hiking paradise in summer. And we're right in the middle of it.

The rustic and cozy Enzian apartment radiates authentic atmosphere across its 55 m². The apartment is furnished with plenty of wood and alpine charm, featuring a cozy living and bedroom, a separate additional bedroom, and a well-equipped kitchen – perfect for a larger family.

Our Crocus apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, providing a pleasant, functional atmosphere. The high-quality sofa bed accommodates a third person. The separate, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a vacation.

Enjoy your vacation in the Heckenrose apartment. This unit boasts a separate bedroom and a cozy living area with a high-quality sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. The inviting dining table encourages lingering and offers a stunning view of the Berwanger mountain landscape. The south-facing balcony rounds out the perfect package for a family vacation.

For our room guests, we set up a breakfast buffet in the cozy lounge – surrounded by wooden walls, with a view outside.
Guests in the apartments can have fresh rolls delivered to their door upon request: Just ask for the roll service, and we'll take care of the rest.
